For more than 35 years, Barbara Weiner has specialized in representing health care providers. Her practice includes physicians, mental health professionals, dentists, as well as heath care group practices.

Barbara provides a broad range of services.  She has reviewed and negotiated hundreds of physician's contracts.  She assists professionals in forming their corporations and developing their shareholder agreements.  She also advises them on legal issues in their practice, including employment law matters. Barbara helps clients implement federal regulations such as HIPAA as well as providing advice on Stark and fraud and abuse concerns. She also represents health professionals before the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (IDPFR).
